Insurance and Coverage
- Denti-Cal
- Not confirmed This office is listed as taking Denti-Cal but we could not find it in the current state listing. That is not the same as a no, so call and ask.
- Medi-Cal plan type
- Fee for service. Medi-Cal dental also runs through managed care plans in Sacramento and Los Angeles counties, and the state list we check does not cover those. If you are on a dental plan card rather than plain Medi-Cal, ask the office whether they take your plan.
- Other insurance
- Not known. This list is built around Medi-Cal dental, so it does not track private plans. Ask the office which ones they take.
What Patients Said

I have been going going to this facility for almost a decade and as such have seen doctors come and go like clockwork. Sadly, the best doctor I had there left and now I can hardly get a timely appointment. When I ask for a follow up on a referral or have a medical question I'm essentially dismissed. I've been told that the patient case load is overwhelming and I believe it as the level of care has dropped significantly since I first begun going there. I don't know if the issue lays with the lack of qualified providers, the volume of patients or lack of concern but something needs to be done to improve the level of care.

My children's pediatrician is really nice and obviously loves kids, but she always seems like she's too busy to properly spend time with us. Some of the nurses are great, but some seem easily annoyed. I always like to write my kids measurements down and the first appointment they didn't give me any of their measurements, so at every appointment I have been asking for them and the nurse we have always seems annoyed and says, "I'm already going to give them to you." But she never gives me all of them. I needed to make my kid an appointment at urgent care yesterday and when I called at 10:30 they said they were already full so I asked to make an appointment for today and they said they can't do appointments for the next day and that I need to show up. It's a process for me to get my kids seen at a different doctor with our insurance, so we showed up this morning before they opened and both urgent cares were already full. There's some nice people there, but they clearly don't have the staff to support their workload and I understand that's harder for them as well, but I wish they would've just told me to go somewhere else instead of the run around. I would also like to add to my review that they keep calling one of my kids by the wrong gender. I know they're babies so normally I wouldn't care, but this makes me think they are not reading the chart before we come in or before they call us.

Normally I try not to post negative reviews, mostly because I know it doesn’t ever go anywhere. But also because I try not to be that person. However if you could avoid this place, I would. They are about as bad as the ER if not as bad. Long wait times even for walk in or for appointments. And even then they don’t know what the problem is and sometimes don’t even take the time to learn what the problem is. Also for a bicep/shoulder/neck problem I had in April. I never received any kind of bill electronically or paper from them until I got a notice that I was sent to collections. However I know at the same time I’ve paid bills that were sent to me, from other sources that were for the same thing. 🙃🙃🙃 so where did the money go that I sent for the same thing that I never got a bill for from them but was sent to collections for. 🙃 didn’t get an answer what so ever of where that money went that I already paid for the samething, and didn’t get an answer as to why I didn’t get any bill noticed or anything before being sent to collections. They just ignored everything I said about how I paid already, and how I never received any notices before being sent to collections, or anything regarding a due bill. Just asked how I would like to pay. Very poor service overall.
