Data and Privacy

There are no ads on this site and nothing here is sold. We do count visits, using Google Analytics, so we can see which pages people actually use. You never have to sign up. If you ask for an appointment we pass your request to one office or to our team, and to nobody else.

What We Count

This site uses Google Analytics. It sets a cookie in your browser and loads a script from Google, and it records which pages you open, roughly where in the world you are, and whether you tapped a phone number or sent the form for offices. It does not record who you are. We never see your name, and we do not build a profile of you or sell anything to advertisers.

We look at it for one reason. A phone call is the whole point of this site, so we need to know which pages lead to one and which are dead weight.

If you would rather not be counted, a tracker blocker or your browser's private mode will stop it, and the site works exactly the same either way.

When You Ask for an Appointment

The form on a dentist's page asks for your name, phone number and when you could go, plus an email and a note if you want to add them. If that office has asked to get requests through this site, we email your request to that office only. If it has not, it goes to our team, who call the office for you. We keep a copy so we can check a request arrived. We do not sell it, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we ask you not to send health details.

What We Collect From Dental Offices

If you send a correction we keep the name, phone number, email and message you typed, so we can call and confirm the change. If you claim your page to get patient requests, we keep the email you gave and send requests to it. We use it for that and nothing else. We do not sell it and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Information About Dentists on These Pages

Names, office addresses, phone numbers and program details are business contact details that are already public. Where an address on file looks like a home rather than an office we publish the city only.

If you are a dentist and you want your page changed or taken down, ask. You do not need a reason and there is no charge.

Photos

Photos show the business address. They are copied to this site, re-encoded and stripped of the hidden location data cameras attach. If a photo on your page should not be there, tell us and it goes.
