Why We Ask for a Phone Number
Anyone can type an email address. A change to a listing affects a real practice, so we ring the office to check the request came from inside it. That call is the only use of the number.

Does being listed cost anything?
No. Nobody pays to be on this list and there is no paid placement.
Can I be removed?
Yes, and you do not have to give a reason. Ask and the page comes down at the next build.
Why was my office tagged as not confirmed?
Your provider number did not match the state's published enrolled provider listing on the date we checked. If you are enrolled, tell us and we will look again.
