What a Request Looks Like

A name, a phone number, whether they have Medi-Cal dental and when they could come in. Sometimes a short note. We ask patients not to send health details, so you call them to find out what they need.

No. A request goes to one office only. If your office takes requests here, it goes to you and to nobody else.

How do we stop?

Every request email has a link at the bottom. Open it and the requests stop. Patients can still call you from your page.
