In the Office's Own Words
We are located on the first floor of the Sound View West building. The building is opposite to the Crown Hill Plaza (where Chevron gas station and Ace Hardware are) and next to the Thirsty Fish restaurant. Assigned/reserved parkings are available in the underground garage when you go down the ramp on the left side of the building.
Before You Call
Say what coverage you have, Apple Health or none, and ask two things. Do you take it for new patients, and what will the first visit cost me. Offices change which plans they take, so the answer on the phone beats anything written here.
