In the Office's Own Words
Scott A. Ruffner, D.D.S. began his dental practice in 1980 in the town of Shenandoah. In the spring of 2011, he moved his practice to Luray, VA. He was the sole practitioner until June of 2015, when his son Philip S. Ruffner, D.D.S. joined the practice. We are happy to say that most dental services can be completed here in our office!
