PATHS is a Federally Qualified Health Center with the goal of providing quality affordable healthcare to the communities we serve. PATHS accepts most insurances, and serves all patients regardless of ability to pay or insurance status. This location offers adult and pediatric primary care, and women's health (OB/GYN). Additional services include dental, behavioral/mental health, pharmacy, medication assistance and case management among others.
