PATHS is a Federally Qualified Health Center with the goal of providing quality affordable healthcare to the communities we serve. PATHS accepts most insurances, and serves all patients regardless of ability to pay or insurance status. This location offers general dentistry services including routine cleanings, x-rays, fillings, crowns, partial and full dentures. PATHS also provides adult and pediatric primary care, women's health (OB/GYN), behavioral/mental health and pharmacy services at other locations.
