Proactive Dental is a family and cosmetic dental practice in Plano, Texas, focused on preventive, patient-centered care for all ages. We offer comprehensive services including routine cleanings, periodontal therapy, root canal treatment, extractions, implants, dentures, IV sedation, and Invisalign. Our cosmetic services include teeth whitening, bonding, porcelain crowns and veneers, and smile enhancements. We proudly care for children age 3 and older and emphasize early prevention, education, and gentle treatment. Using modern technology and personalized care, we serve patients throughout Plano and the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
