Prickly Pear Dental Care is an independent, woman-owned dental practice located in the heart of the Montecillo neighborhood on the west side of El Paso. Led by Dr. Alejandra Flores Arellano, we provide comprehensive dental care in both English and Spanish, with an emphasis on comfort, honesty, clinical excellence, and long-term relationships. We have two primary goals: to improve our patients’ oral health, and to make everyone who walks through our doors feel at ease and valued for who they are—a human being, not a checkbook. We’re proud to be locally owned, deeply connected to El Paso, and committed to serving our community for years to come.
