FRIENDS IN NEED provides on-site primary care and dental care as well as referrals to other volunteer physicians and professionals for specialized care. We serve the uninsured and under-insured, as well as full time college students who might or might not be working, in Sullivan, Hawkins, Washington, and Greene counties in Tennessee, and Scott, Wise, and Lee counties in Virginia.
