Palmetto Kids General Dentistry and Orthodontics provides dental care and orthodontics for children and teens in Summerville, SC. Our compassionate team makes every visit comfortable for kids and welcoming for parents. We are on N Main Street near Carnes Crossroads, serving Cane Bay, Nexton, and Goose Creek. Dr. Kimberly Duffey, DMD, is a Medical University of South Carolina graduate with advanced training in pediatric dentistry. She provides cleanings, exams, sealants, fillings, crowns, extractions, and laser dentistry. Dr. Caylin McCullough, DDS, provides braces, clear braces, Invisalign, expanders, and retainers. Orthodontic evaluations begin at age 7. Sedation is available for anxious kids. We accept Medicaid and most insurance.
