Mid-Valley Dental Associates on NW Kings Boulevard is a full-service dental office in north Corvallis, with Dr. Brian Tidwell leading care for patients of every age. Services include preventive exams and cleanings, digital X-rays, tooth-colored fillings, crowns and bridges, dental implants, root canals, extractions, periodontal therapy, dentures and partials, night guards, teeth whitening, and IV sedation available. New patients are welcome, including OSU students and staff. Will bill most insurance plans and CareCredit financing is available. Serving Corvallis, Philomath, Adair Village and Albany.
