In the Office's Own Words
It’s not every day that history is made around our area. But on March 17, you had the opportunity to witness a major milestone — the opening of the new St. James Hospital. This is a great achievement for our community. And most of all, this is your hospital because your support helped to make it possible. Through our partnership with UR Medicine, St. James has brought a host of healthcare services to Hornell, including primary care, general surgery, breast imaging and many specialty services. Our new 87,000-square-foot facility offers 15 inpatient beds, a state-of-the-art Emergency Department and Surgical Suite, lab services, a pharmacy, a complete range of advanced imaging services, infusion services, and much more.
Before You Call
Say what coverage you have, New York Medicaid or none, and ask two things. Do you take it for new patients, and what will the first visit cost me. Offices change which plans they take, so the answer on the phone beats anything written here.
