Most insurances accepted! Pura Dental Center is a family dental practice that operates nine dental offices in and around New York City. They have offices in Upper Manhattan, Brooklyn, The Bronx, and Queens. Their mission is to make all patients feel as if they are part of their ever-growing Pura dental family. Dr. Elliot Sabbagh graduated with honors from the accelerated program at New York University. He was accepted to dental school from high school. He completed a one-year general practice residency at Staten Island University Hospital .
