Our board-certified doctors, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and dentists help every member of your family confidently navigate their health. For your convenience, we offer many services—primary care, dental, behavioral health, lab tests, pharmacy, and more—in one system. As a community health center, Zufall is here for everyone—with no income or insurance restrictions. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and many private insurance plans.
