O2 Dental Group of Siler City is a family and cosmetic dentistry practice serving Siler City, Pittsboro, Goldston, Bear Creek, Snow Camp, and Chatham County. We offer preventive exams and cleanings, fillings, root canals, extractions, gum disease treatment, dental implants, dentures, bridges, crowns, Invisalign, and teeth whitening. Same-day appointments are available for dental emergencies including toothaches, broken teeth, lost fillings, and dental pain. We accept North Carolina Medicaid, are in-network with Delta Dental, MetLife, Ameritas, BCBS, United Concordia, United Healthcare, GEHA, and offer the O2 Advantage Plan, CareCredit, and Sunbit financing for patients without dental insurance.
