In the Office's Own Words
Founded by Sherry L. Cauley, Upward Smiles is the largest non-profit dental provider for children ages 2-20 and adult pregnant women with Missouri Medicaid. We accept all forms of MO Medicaid, and do not charge anything to our patients. We also provide urgent dental care to un-insured children at no cost. Our Farmington office opened in 2012, Festus office in 2013, and Deep Sedation Center ("Sedation Station") in Festus in 2018.
