Level Up Kids, Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing free dental and vision care to low-income children in Clay and Platte Counties. Through its Miles of Smiles portable dental team, licensed dentists deliver comprehensive dental care—including cleanings, exams, fluoride treatments, sealants, and restorative services—directly at schools and social service locations. The ICare4Kids vision program offers screenings, eye exams, and eyeglasses, and also operates a mobile team that brings vision care to schools and community sites, ensuring convenient access for families. Not only do we have mobile and portable care teams, but we also offer services at our fixed office location, where you can schedule appointments year-round
