Dr. Jenny, Dr. Downie and Dr. Koehnâs staff is trained in assisting with I.V. sedation and general anesthesia within our state-of-the-art office setting. Four convenient offices with friendly receptionists and knowledgeable anesthesia-trained assistants and nurses located in Hastings, Apple Valley, Roseville and Maplewood.
