Dr. Sam (Sarmad Eiwaz, DMD) has a true passion for dentistry and his patients. He takes the time to thoroughly listen to his patients’ oral health goals and needs, and then develops a customized treatment plan for them. He enjoys educating patients about their oral health and helping guide them to achieving their oral health goals. Dr. Sam is a proud Chaldean American, having been born in Iraq before his family fled to the U.S. in the mid-90s. His parents settled in Farmington Hills. Dr. Sam briefly left Michigan while attending college in Florida, however, Michigan had stolen his heart and he returned following his graduation from dental school.
