Covenant Community Care Joy Road is a faith-based, non-profit Community Health Center on Detroit's West Side. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we provide integrated medical, dental, and counseling services to anyone, regardless of their ability to pay. We accept most Medicaid, Medicare, and many private insurance plans. Our mission is to show and share God’s love through affordable, quality health care for those who need it most.
