Cass Family Clinic (CFC) is an independent, Federally Qualified Health Center providing primary care, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, and healthcare enrollment assistance services for the communities of Cass and southeast Berrien Counties, Michigan. A patient-centered medical home, CFC provides services for people who are uninsured, underinsured, covered by Michigan Medicaid and Medicare, along with most commercial insurances. CFC began serving the community in 1964 with the mission to provide compassionate healthcare. Today, CFC cares for over 14,000 patients annually between 3 locations in Cassopolis and Niles. CFC is not a walk-in clinic, please call ahead for an appointment.
