Welcome to Sleep + Health! Where quality sleep and breathing matter. Airway health is our number one goal to help relieve sleep disorder breathing symptoms. Do you suffer from headaches, chronic allergies, sleep apnea, focus issues, daytime drowsiness, acid reflux, or chronic neck or back pain? We can help! Myofunctional therapy is an exercise-based therapy. Think of it like physical therapy, only for the muscles of the mouth, tongue, and face. It can correct atypical chewing, swallowing, and mouthbreathing. Research has found that myofunctional therapy can also be an effective treatment for sleep-disordered breathing.
Before You Call
