Services include comprehensive dental exams. cleanings, restorations, partial and complete dentures, crowns. Additional services may be available at our clinic in New Orleans East, 9900 Lake Forest Blvd., NOLA 70127. Appointments required at both locations. Services are provided on a sliding scale based on income. We accept Medicaid, Healthy Louisiana Plans with value added dental benefit, Medicare, Medicare Advantage Plans, Dual-Eligible Medicaid/Medicare Plans, and several private insurance plans. Money orders are also accepted for services not covered by insurance or for those without insurance.
