NEW PATIENTS ACCEPTED BY REFERRAL ONLY. The Richard L. Miller Oral Health Clinic is home to the UofL School of Dentistry Community Based Dental Partnership Program. This location provides dental care services for patients who have been referred to us due to specific health and dental needs.
