We now offer Botox and Fillers, We do not accept Medicaid, but we do accept Medicare and most Dental Insurance Companies. Our staff will make every effort to ensure that you get the maximum benefit to which your plan entitles you. We service the following areas: Springfield - Chatham - Decatur - Champaign - Effingham - Lincoln - Peoria - Quincy - Jacksonville - Bloomington - Taylorville - Edwardsville - Urbana - Mattoon
