At the office of Jose A Vazquez, DDS, we offer quality dental care to the whole family. We're members of the American Board of Dentistry, and our office is staffed with helpful, friendly associates who care about oral health. Our dentist provides a range of dental health services, and we can't wait to welcome you to our growing family of happy patients. Dr. Vazquez has been in practice in the Chicago area since April 2003. The path to life-long dental health begins with a call to the practice of Jose A Vazquez, DDS. We're conveniently located on Rand Road to serve the Northwest Chicago suburbs, and we offer evening and Saturday appointments (closed on Wednesdays). We accept all major insurance plans and dental PPOs.
