The Health Care District of Palm Beach County Community Health Center in West Palm (formerly known as the C. L. Brumback Primary Care Clinic) provides a full range of health services for adults and kids, including medical, dental, behavioral and mental health, women’s health, pharmacy services and community resource programs. Our pharmacy hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. We treat everyone regardless of insurance status and offer medical translation services, so language is not a barrier to a patient receiving equitable care. Call us to make an appointment. Walk-ins and new patients are welcome.
