Dr. Jimmy Orphée was born in Miami, FL and raised in various cities of Polk County, FL. As immigrants from Haiti, his parents instilled in him at a young age the value of hard work, determination, and accountability. Dr. Orphée strives to apply these values throughout his life and hope to lead others by example. After completing his bachelor of science in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the University of Florida, Dr. Orphée obtained his Masters of Science in Chemistry at Florida A&M University. He then went on to join the University of Florida’s College of Dentistry. Dr. Orphée graduated with a Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) in May of 2016.
