Dr. Joseph Pechter is a board certified periodontist and dental implant surgeon. He graduated Dartmouth College, Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, Magna Cum Laude, and he completed a three year residency. Our services include All-on-4 Dental Implants, Immediate Implant placement ("Teeth in an Hour"), surgical extractions, gingival grafting (gum grafts), periodontal surgery (osseous surgery), periodontal regeneration, cosmetic periodontal plastic surgery (gum reshaping), crown lengthening, comprehensive treatment planning, and dental hygiene. Dr. Pechter will work with your general dentist or prosthodontist to provide you the best comprehensive treatment plan possible to restore your teeth and gums and achieve optimal oral health.
