The Health Care District of Palm Beach County Community Health Center in Delray Beach (formerly known as the C. L. Brumback Primary Care Clinic) provides a full range of health services for adult patients, including medical, dental, behavioral and mental health, women’s health, pharmacy services and community resource programs. Our pharmacy hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. We treat everyone regardless of insurance status and offer medical translation services, so language is not a barrier to a patient receiving equitable care. Call us to make an appointment. Walk-ins and new patients are welcome.
