At the Thornton Clinic, Clinica Family Health & Wellness offers high quality, affordable preventative care, prenatal care, pediatric care, care for seniors and full-service primary care for patients of all ages. Clinica provides all patients access to mental health and substance use care, dietary and healthy lifestyle coaching, and referral to specialists. We also offer preventive and restorative dental care to enrolled patients. Patients have access to our onsite pharmacy for low cost medication. All of our clinics welcome most insurance coverage, Medicaid, CHP+, and Medicare. Financial assistance available.
