At Advanced Care Dentistry in North Scottsdale, Drs. Alexander and Oksana Hellge each bring 30+ years of practice plus academic teaching and published research to every case. We practice biomimetic dentistry, preserving healthy tooth structure rather than defaulting to crowns and check vitamin D levels chairside before placing implants, because bone integration depends on it. Our lasers treat root canals, gum disease, and sleep apnea with less drilling and faster healing. Patients travel from Texas and overseas, and some restorations have lasted over 30 years without repair. We handle implants, veneers, TMJ pain, emergencies, and facial esthetics (PRF, biofillers), accept all dental insurance, plus in-house financing and membership plans.
