In the Office's Own Words
Dr. Richard A. Simpson earned his B.S. from Auburn University, and his DMD from the University of Alabama School of Dentistry in 1987. He completed a one-year Advanced Educational Program in General Dentistry with the US Army in 1988. After six years of active military service, he completed a two-year residency in Pediatric and Hospital Dentistry at Children’s Mercy Hospital and the University of Missouri-Kansas City, where he was chief resident. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, a Fellow in the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and, in 2012, he was inducted as a Fellow in to the American College of Dentists.
