I wanted to share my recent experience with your office.
During our first visit, the front desk staff checked our insurance and confirmed that you accept it. Based on that information, my mom proceeded with her appointment.
However, when I returned another day, a different receptionist told me that the office does not work with our insurance. I was confused and explained that we were previously told otherwise. Instead of clarifying the situation, she was dismissive and told me that I would need to pay out of pocket, change our insurance, and that if I didn’t want to pay, we should not come back at all.
The issue was not the payment itself — I understand policies can change or mistakes can happen. What was upsetting was the way the situation was handled. The communication felt rude and unprofessional.
I hope this feedback helps improve communication and customer service for future patients.
