What Patients Said

satisfied with the service a this dental office. I know they are very busy, but they try their best. They have plenty of parking spaces and seating as well. Well at least at their old location. Have NOT visited their new location. I hope my experience continues to be the same.

This is the worst dentist I’ve ever visited. Over 4 hours, almost 5 hours in total. My client needed 2 crowns. During the 5 hours I spent in the waiting room I counted SO MANY mistakes. Extremely poor communication, trying to call patients but had the wrong phone number, gave anesthesia to a child… the child threw up and the doctor came out to tell the mom what happened and said the child’s breathing was limited and would have to go to the hospital if things got worse. My client (who has special needs) was texting me the entire time saying they forgot about him. 30 minutes slowly turned into 2 hours. 5 hours at the dentist. His appointment was at 1:00, it’s currently 5:15pm and he’s still not done and I’m still in the waiting room. I literally thought I was being pranked. I’m sure they’ll have a lawsuit on their hands very soon.

This is by far the worst experience we have had at a dentist's office. My autistic sister was scheduled for an appointment at 1:30PM; due to her condition, she needed to be sedated with anesthesia. Some of the requirements were to have her fast for 8 hrs before her appointment, as well as any medication taken 2 hrs prior, with only a sip of water. Her medication requires her to eat, so we opted out. Not only has she not eaten or drunk any liquids all day, but she's also not on her medication. We arrived 10 mins early, only to be seen at 5:00PM! The only time they took to explain things was to waste more of our time with their excuses for why it's been such a long wait! It's ridiculous how they run things. Time management is clearly not a concept in their office. They have only one surgical room, and they don't seem to have a proper recovery room to move patients into, so the anesthesia can wear off, and they can work on the next patient at the appropriate time they were scheduled in! It's one excuse after another with this place. The front desk manager also forgot to authorize her SRP for deep cleaning and gave her a regular cleaning instead. My mother was also present and wanted to be near while her daughter was under anesthesia. The front desk manager mentioned there'd be a window outside of the building to peek in while they work. Come to find out, the ONE surgical room they have doesn't have a window that's easily accessible. The anesthesiologist is very dry and all fake smiles in every encounter. I can go on and on about this place! Be advised: DO NOT waste your time here, especially if you have a life and a tight schedule!
