Dr. Kong and his team are absolutely the best! The office environment is so incredibly inviting, calm and serene. The staff is extremely inviting, welcoming, friendly and supportive in every aspect of your dental journey. Dr. Kong is one of the kindest people you are ever going to meet. He takes his time with each of his patients, ensures you understand your treatment plan and always asks if you have any follow up questions. He’s clinical skills are superb! Painless injections, with a gentle touch and genuinely careful treatment. I speak from a background of 35 years of dental experience both in clinical and administrative care in a dental practice. This office is not a 5 star office it is a ten star office!

Very nice guy. He was upbeat and friendly the whole appointment. It was a pretty gnarly dental surgery and bone graph. It would have been hellish with a less pleasant person yanking out pieces of tooth *shudder* I am a returning client because I like him much more than the other dentists I have tried. Ymmv.

Dr. Kong and his Smile Crew have continued to give me excellent patient care. Dr. Kong is superb with exceptional patient service! I have always received excellent treatment. His upbeat, charming personality and positive energy instantly makes you feel relaxed, knowing I’m in exceptional care. He is remarkable to remember everything about me. Amazing! I appreciated the options given me regarding my dental care. I live on West Santa Cruz and it’s well worth the few miles to his office. The Smiling Crew may have all their PPE gear on but one can feel their warm smiles. Thank You!
