• I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience.

  I visited West Coast Dental to evaluate a small filling and was quoted approximately $650 for the procedure. What surprised me was that I had previously received a quote of about $185 for the same filling at another dental office without using my dental insurance. I understand that prices can vary, but such a large difference deserved a clear explanation, which I never received.

  My main reason for visiting was to discuss a long-term treatment plan due to bruxism (teeth grinding), tooth wear, and possible future needs including orthodontics, crowns, and implants. I specifically asked for a comprehensive evaluation and treatment plan. While I was given a printed estimate, no one took the time to explain the recommendations, priorities, alternatives, or the reasoning behind the proposed treatment.

  What disappointed me most was the lack of communication and personalized care. I did not feel that anyone was interested in understanding my goals or helping me make informed decisions about my dental health. Instead, I left with a list of charges and very few answers.

  I was not looking for the cheapest option. I was looking for professional guidance, transparency, and a dental team willing to explain my options and help me plan for the future. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

  I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves communication with patients, especially those seeking comprehensive dental care and long-term treatment planning.

• I had such an amazing experience with Dr. Maria Parsa and her assistants Felcie and Isabell. They are truly incredible at what they do and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. My hygienist, Tinisha Bridges, was so gentle, thorough, and caring throughout my appointment.

  I also want to give a huge shoutout to the entire staff, especially the front desk and financial team. Everyone is always so welcoming, patient, professional, and helpful. They make the entire process smooth and stress free from check in to checkout.

  I have a huge fear of going to the dentist, but every time I come to this location and work with these professionals, I feel safe, heard, and genuinely cared for. They always make sure my concerns are addressed and that I’m properly taken care of.

  I highly recommend this location and these providers for any of your dental needs. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to patient comfort truly stand out.

• I am very happy with this place. I had been looking for a good dentist for my kids for a long time, and I’m so glad I found this office. Dr. Parsa and Felcie were both amazing very kind, and caring. They made me feel comfortable and explained everything clearly. The staff is welcoming, the office is clean, and the overall experience was excellent. This has been the best dental experience I’ve had, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dentist. My kids enjoy this visit every time we come.
