What Patients Said
3.8 out of 5 from 62 reviews.
If I could I would give no stars. If you wish to waist your time and feel unseen as a patient in pain or be seen for any health problems then come to this location. This clinic was very disappointing. I Here was my experience, when one is checking in there was one person checking in. Other staff members were talking. Everyone was being checked by the doctors. Not sure if there was some sort of discrimination involved because others were being seen by the doctors. Everyone was being seen except for my family member who was ignored. Secondly, when you pay a fee, no one tells you there is no refund. Not even a flyer or explanation saying this. Imagine coming to see a doctor to address a health concern only to be made to wait and to not be seen. It is not be first time being in a doctor. I know there is a wait time but to simply not be address that the doctor is running late and to use simple communication was just astonishing. When asked to see a manager you will be meet with confrontation. If I could , I would recommend another place where you are seen as a patient and not forgotten.

My review is not in regards to the level of care I received or the doctors bc I never even got that far. I called in to book an appt which first off was not easy to do, and when I spoke with them and told them why I needed to come in they agreed that it was urgent and that I needed to come in ASAP. So they booked me an appt for 2 or 3 days away from when I'd first called. The day came, I went into the clinic only to find out that my appt had been cancelled. They did not call me or leave any messages to inform me of this before I came in. So they rescheduled it for me, gave me the new appt day and time but when I got home and checked my schedule I realized I could not make it on that day. So I called back to inform them of this and they said ok if you need to reschedule the next avail appt is in one month. So much for the urgency of my situation. So I took the appt which was for today at 1pm. Unfortunately when I went to leave today I discovered that my keys were missing thanks to my bf misplacing them. So I called in to see if I could please push my appt back a couple hours to give me time to find my keys and they said they'd call the front desk to ask but they never answer. They can leave a message with this request but they will not call me back to confirm. Then he said we can reschedule for the first week of DECEMBER. Basically their scheduling team refuses to communicate with their patients even when they are the ones who need to cancel an appt. And even tho I'd reminded them of the issue I was dealing with which is still very critical they expressed no sense of urgency anymore. I understand the frustration of clients who repeatedly cancel but I showed up for my original appt on time and it was them who cancelled it without so much as a call. And ever since I've been treated like I'm nothing more than an insignificant bother. I guess this is what free health care looks like in California
