I’ve had a lot of doctors through the years due to being military and I’ve never had the difficulties with providers like I have had here. First off, their automated system is the worst and you waste 20 minutes on simply trying to talk to a real person. Second, if you have any issues with hormones or women’s health, good luck. They won’t send referrals like they say they will, they talk down to me as if I haven’t been a woman my entire life, and they are impossible to get ahold of. I waited months for an appointment to get my ovaries checked because I have a history of cysts and I was experiencing symptoms, only to show up and get told that my provider never put the referral through. I called planned parenthood immediately and got an appointment within the hour, they listened to my concerns, explained things thoroughly and with care, and I got the referrals I needed that day. Don’t go here for women’s health.

I lost my pink iPad at VCC on the pediatric side and the location was still showing that it was there. When I went back to check, the staff said they didn’t see it and didn’t know where it was. I left my information, and the office manager did call me later, which I appreciated, and said she would keep an eye out for it.
However, when I continued tracking the device, it still showed that it was inside the clinic. Nothing turned up. Months later, the location updated to Fallbrook at Gate View Apartments (519 Ammunition Rd, Fallbrook, CA 92028).
At this point, I can only assume that someone who works there may have taken it home. Just a heads up to others — keep a close eye on your belongings and avoid leaving anything behind, because it may not make its way back to you.

My Doctor and new eye checkup location. Dr Panicker has been my Dr for years now. Nice to have a Dr you know. Very informative and helpful. The Optometrist also visits here once in a while to complete eye exams. It would be nice if she had a permanent office here
