What Patients Said
3.9 out of 5 from 55 reviews.
Do not recommend. Front Desk Lady is incompetent, rude and lacks customer skills.
First time i came here I signed in and waited almost and hour just for and XRAY bc she threw away the sign in sheet that I was on. (She didn’t apologize of course) She will schedule you for appts and not explain you may have to pay for the appt until you arrive for that appt. The same lady arrives late and unprepared in the morning. I came for a cleaning in March and no one let me know I was at risk for being dismissed from the program. I call today and ask her to explain what dates i missed, she refused and hung up on me and proceed to screen my calls.
As far as the actual dental care is 3/5 stars. The actual dentists are spread thin amongst the students so it prolongs the appts and if they dont finish before lunch they make you come back another day. Ive heard the instructing doctors give conflicting advice. Thankfully i dont have major issues.
Anything more than a cleaning and filling - just got to Mexico - this is not it at all.
Front Desk Lady, i hope you are loving all the feedback!!!!

Since switching to UCLA Venice Dental Center has been nothing but amazing! The staff has been super helpful. Dr. Ali had done an amazing job on my teeth. She is skilled and definitely takes her time. She got my teeth white and gums looking so much better! Thank you to Dr. Ali and the staff!

The Venice UCLA dental clinic is fortunate to have such accomplished dentists! I received excellent care from Dr. Ali, whose knowledge and skill impressed me very much. Gentle and thorough - she is a person of the greatest capability, and that's one of the many reasons the UCLA Dental clinic and staff deserves to be recognized for the best care, and the most dedicated and well prepared dentists. Now I can smile!
