Insurance and Coverage
- Denti-Cal
- Not confirmed This office is listed as taking Denti-Cal but we could not find it in the current state listing. That is not the same as a no, so call and ask.
- Medi-Cal plan type
- Fee for service. Medi-Cal dental also runs through managed care plans in Sacramento and Los Angeles counties, and the state list we check does not cover those. If you are on a dental plan card rather than plain Medi-Cal, ask the office whether they take your plan.
- Other insurance
- Not known. This list is built around Medi-Cal dental, so it does not track private plans. Ask the office which ones they take.
What Patients Said
2.6 out of 5 from 68 reviews.
Very disappointed with my experience here. I waited nearly 4 hours just to be seen, and the entire process felt disorganized and unprofessional. I was given multiple different opinions about which teeth needed to be extracted. First, they told me they were unable to extract them, then later changed their minds and said they could do it after all. After all the confusion, I was told to wait another 7 days and take antibiotics.
The communication between the doctor and nurse was concerning — there was arguing back and forth, uncertainty, and it honestly did not inspire confidence. It felt like nobody was on the same page. Instead of feeling cared for as a patient, the whole experience felt more like a transaction focused on extracting as many teeth as possible.
Overall, the service was chaotic, the wait time was excessive, and the professionalism was lacking. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

This paperwork should provide enough information for you to understand that this facility is unfortunately being operated very poorly. In my opinion, they need an entirely new system and significant improvements in management and organization. The African dentist was kind and professional, but aside from that, the overall experience was very disappointing.

OMG , I am soo scared today . This dental place mainly this women dentist is soo rude and scary. I came here for my dental cleaning on /10/29/2025 at 3.30 Pm on room no 4. This lady dentist is very unprofessional and made me so hard pain and even she didn’t taught nicely. Mostly doctors are polite and make their patients feel comfortable but this lady never behaves like doctor. I don’t like to stay in this place even second. I don’t go this place anymore scary dentist
