Extremely disgusted in their practice. My girls came in for dental cleaning I was aware of my oldest getting silver crowns. My 2 year old daughter was getting fillings and that’s what was signed upon and agreed before treatment. This is my first time having my girls get any extensive care I trusted they’d offer the laughing gas as they mention during calls being put on hold. My 2 years baby old came out with silver teeth in her front and I was completely confused because during the treatment I was not allowed in either rooms for my girls during their screaming and crying I was going back and forth peeking through the glass. I asked why they did the silver crowns and they mentioned because she has medi-cal. I was livid I consulted with my fiance and we contacted corporate and I also asked if they gave my kids laughing gas and they said no it was given to them . I emphasized it was not offered not once during their visit I didn’t think I had to ask why wouldn’t they give or suggest this ? My 2 year old baby was in there for an entire hour and I was under the impression she was getting fillings put in and not once when they made the decision to give her crowns did anyone step out and tell me they were going to give her crowns or offer an alternative (white crowns) not laughing gas nothing! They proceeded for over an hour to put my baby through pain without my consent! When I contacted the location and spoke with the manager she heard me out and her response was “do you even know what laughing gas is “ And she stated her employees gave a verbal consent to get the dental silver crowns for her silver teeth and I verbally declined for both my girls to not get laughing gas . This is a LIE. I work in management in hewlthcare. Kendall refused to have compassion and listen to my concerns. When I went in to sign for medical release forms she was smiling and smirking and I told her how are you in this profession and this is how you handle your patients needs . She said she tried talking to me and I didn’t let her talk. Her response after everything was “do you even know what laughing gas is”?? I’m not stupid and the discrimination in this office is disgusting: it’s a beautiful office and has potential but the person behind it all it’s disgusting and I will be seeking justice for my kids . I refuse to let this lay to rest and I hope for any parent who wants to invest in their kids health to seek anywhere else BUT smileland Now I have to make the decision to get white fillings at another office and she will have to get her teeth shaved down because of this malpractice . As a mother for my babies who suffered and a worker in healthcare I am disgusted .

My children have been patients here since they were 2 years old, and we gladly drive 40 minutes because this office is amazing. The staff—especially Jennifer and Marcela—are incredible. My kids always look forward to their visits, love the decorations, and they feel so comfortable. Hands down the best dental office! 🦷☀️
