Good medical care, terrible front office. The receptionists often act like patients are an inconvenience, and scheduling an appointment is almost impossible—you get told to call back next month more often than not. When you’re already jumping through hoops just to access care, being met with contempt instead of compassion makes the whole process feel hopeless.

Today I had to request medical records from years back and I was having trouble finding where to do so on the website. When I called a second time I was so thankful to get Adriana on the phone who not only answered my questions but helped me with the process by requesting them for me. Was scheduled for cleaning was cancelled without my knowledge then told we left u a voicemail no you didn't drs take off whenever they feel like it and the worst communication I've ever seen at a dental and doctors office the Dr. Banuelos seemed indifferent to my care and wouldn't even look thru my old files from a former Dr. Saying he is suspect idk what that means, I think he is cukko lazy work staff don't get this place who the heck runs it so poorly really??
