Once again Amazing - Caring - Professional Service I had a BAD TOOTH on my mind and making me dread the New Year. Although I knew no one anywhere could do a better job than Dr Fanaian I still wasn’t looking forward to having this tooth removed
Are you kidding me ? 🙏🙏🙏🙏💙💙💙💙💙🩵 This Beautiful Man not only made me feel like my concerns and tears were valid but came through and after pulling the said tooth REPLACED - corrected issue absolutely unbelievable work I feel like I’ve been given a second chance!! I guarantee you at half the cost or less of anyone else in the Valley Elida and Front desk have always worked with me on not only billing but encouraging words to help me have the guts to get through it ! The care you get from Dr & his assistant is next to none I’m 53 years old and have had terrible experiences over the years at dentists offices especially as a kid
If you’re this person - trust me , they ALL CARE ANYONE WHO SAYS DIFFERENT CANT BE TRUSTED writing a review or pay the bill - don’t take it out on the best dentistry in the Valley

I really like the dentist and assistants here. But the front office staff is incredibly unprofessional and rude. We have not been seen by them in awhile and when I called to set up an appointment they told me I had a bill. I asked how much and what for because we havent received ANYTHING in the mail. She was rude would not let me talk, she kept telling me I need to pay my bill before I can be seen, I finally told her to let me speak. I told her to please send me a bill. Im 99% we have paid all our bills, I also suspect things have been getting billed incorrectly. Just got my bill and its blank, just a amount..Who is it for? What was done? When was it done? Our family us no longer patients.

Both doctors here are excellent. They are professional yet personable. My family and I (which is 17 of us...yes 17) have only been seeing them for a few months, and we are very thankful we found them. The staff is also a group of wonderful people, always greetings us when we come and working with us to schedule us, which is a big deal for the size of my family. I did not have any trouble when canceling a couple appointments. Everyone here is very good with my younger children, making them feel comfortable and not afraid. Thank you!
