Negative experience. Called 5 times through their automated service with each wait time ranging from 30-45 minutes. Each call was dropped at some point with no callback. The staff did not care, did not acknowledge, did not apologize, did not offer any comfort or understanding. The staff completely dismissed my frustration and kept trying to change the subject without addressing the issue. There is no other way to contact the office other than going there in person. I would not recommend this clinic.

Very efficient staff. Nice and polite. I was frustrated with the doctor. I was trying to tell her about medication I used to take I couldn’t remember name but I was pretty close with the name and she just didn’t answer and didn’t try. I went back two weeks later and that doctor knew and prescribed it. It was glipizide for my diabetes. I had to advocate for myself or my blood sugar would still be 200.
