What a disappointment. I really liked this dentist's office up until this visit.
I had a root canal done and paid a lot of money for both the procedure and the crown. It's been over a month now, and nobody seems to know where my crown is. One person, Julie, tells me to call back, while another, Claudia, says it's already there.
The problem is that I live three hours away, so I wanted to make sure my crown was actually in before driving all the way out there for my June 12 appointment. From what I can tell, it seems like the crown was never ordered, and nobody can give me a straight answer.
I even spoke with the doctor, who asked why I had waited so long to get my crown. Well, because I was waiting to hear from your office! I can't schedule an appointment for something that isn't ready!!!!! he also said he would call me back and never did!
This whole thing has been frustrating and stressful. I've recommended this office to a lot of family and friends over the years, but after this experience, I won't be doing that anymore. Really disappointed with how this was handled. if i could give zero stars i would.

Such an Awesome atmosphere. Everyone is friendly and attentive to my needs in making sure I am comfortable and heard . With compassion and empathy. The world is in a good place with a team that Thrives !! Doc has a massive work out pulling a broken tooth with two root canals. For every tug and pressure of the process Doc assured me he was being careful in completing success 🤗 Thanx Doc!! You’re my Hero !! 💪🏼

I've already left a review, years ago now but now I'm even more impressed. This is hands down the best dentist & the only one I trust. I had previously went to two separate dentists that told me I needed a root canal when I did not. One dentist said I needed TWO. Granted, the cavities were on the bigger side but that doesn't mean I needed a root canal! That would have cost me thousands of dollars in dental work that I didn't even need. So when I came into Mira Loma dental, showing the difference of an experienced professional, he did my cavities and saved me the thousands of dollars on root canals that I didn't need. Simply because he's a good dentist and he truly cares about the patients. He did those big cavities without a problem. Simply because he's a GOOD,SKILLED dentist. Mind you, I was told I needed root canal(s) by not one but TWO separate dentist. You have to watch out for that, apparently dentist ripping you off &/or overcharging you is prevalent. Not here at Mira Loma dental. Since then, the only dentist I trust. Now, that I've been coming to him ever since he earned my trust years back, I recently needed some dental work. Mily smile has now been completely transformed thanks to Mira Loma dental. This dentist is personable, beyond experienced, truly cares about his patient's situation. You can feel confident that you are with a skilled dentist who you can trust & is willing to work with you taking your situation into consideration - because he truly cares about you the patient. Not to mention this is a dentist and an orthodontist so he can offer you options other dentist's can't all in one place & I went to so many other dentist for consultations prior to Mira Loma dental. No one offered the options that he did, and he did so like it was no big deal - because he's an experienced, skilled professional. He did all my work efficiently with ease and in a timely manner too. Literally came in the next day to get impressions after discussing a treatment plan. Plus, personally worked with me so my smile would look the best. I cannot say enough good things about Mira Loma dental if you're looking for a skilled professional dentist who cares about you this is the place to go. Dentist and orthodontist. But it's not just about the convenience of getting everything you need in a one stop shop, for me it is TRUSTING you are in the hands of a skilled knowledgeable professional who gives you options others can't. Knowing that he cares more about giving his patient's the best smile - not just about money. This makes me feel comfortable and confident, especially considering my past experiences with other dentist's. Plus he's a SKILLED dentist who does a GOOD WORK with ease. I will only go here to Mira Loma dental. Experience, caring, good work and most of all you can TRUST them.
