We love coming to Dr. Shiflett’s office with our two girls. We have had such positive experiences that our girls look forward to coming to the dentist. We’ve been coming since our girls turned 1 and have been patients for 3 years now, so it is awesome to see them build a relationship with Dr. Chou.

We had a great experience at this clinic. I want to give special appreciation to the front desk staff for being so helpful and kind when assisting me with booking my child’s appointment. The process was smooth and they were very accommodating.
The dentist was also wonderful and took the time to educate me properly about flossing and how to care for my child’s teeth. I really appreciated how clearly everything was explained.
The dental assistant was very reassuring as well. I was worried about my child’s front tooth, but she kindly explained that the tooth growing in is normal and not part of the baby tooth that fell off. That really put my mind at ease.
My child also loved that they give a free toy after the visit, which made the experience even more positive for her. Overall, the staff were friendly, patient, and very caring with kids. Highly recommend this clinic for parents! 😊🦷

I cannot say enough amazing things about this dental office and the extraordinary care they provided for my child. From the moment we walked in, the entire team was welcoming, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure my child felt safe, comfortable, and understood.
The dentist was beyond exceptional — kind, gentle, and incredibly skilled. They took the time to explain every step in a way my child could understand, never rushed us, and made sure my child felt confident and calm throughout the entire visit. Their professionalism and compassion truly stood out.
What impressed me most was how attentive they were. They didn’t just treat a tooth; they cared for my child as a whole person. The level of patience, empathy, and expertise they showed is rare, and it made a huge difference. My child left smiling, feeling proud, and actually excited to come back.
