• came in for my appointment and was actually considering switching over to this office, but after today’s experience, I won’t be returning. The receptionists were rude and unwelcoming, with no customer service skills at all. My medical assistant didn’t greet me or introduce herself, which made the visit feel very impersonal. The only positive part of my experience was the doctor—he was excellent. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff left a really poor impression.

• If I could leave zero stars, I most definitely would. Reading the other reviews goes to show that I’m not overreacting. The girls at the front desk are lazy and lack work ethics. I hope they see this too. The paperwork backlog is outrageous, they never answer the phone, are rude, and simply DONT do their job. They don’t do a DAMN THING. It seems like they’re only there to say they work in a medical office and carry around a damn Stanley cup. The dental desk ladies and the doctors there are amazing, but the receptionists at the Native American Health Center need serious reevaluation, and the supervisor should be fired for being just as lazy. I’m definitely reaching out to a higher authority, because this is just unacceptable.

• This establishment has made trying to get prenatal care a nightmare, every time for a week now I’ve been trying to get an appointment only to be told “ we will call you tomorrow “ only to be told “ she’s not here to schedule your appointment “ I don’t know who “she” is but why is only one person able to make an appointment. I was also told “she’s been gone for a week “ so it makes it extremely frustrating to know I was really not going to be help and was just being pushed off
